Rooms at The Quayside offers a collection of beautifully designed boutique rooms right on Poole Quay. Once 18th-century fishermen’s cottages, the property has been lovingly restored to combine historic charm with modern luxury. Each of our ten en-suite rooms features a king-size bed dressed in crisp white Egyptian cotton and sumptuous goose-down bedding, complemented by large, soft bath towels for ultimate comfort. Enjoy thoughtful touches including smart TVs, tea and coffee facilities, and elegant coastal-inspired décor that captures the spirit of the Quay. Room 1. (Grand)

Room 1 is on the ground floor at the front of the building, it faces onto the street. It has a large window which is double glazed and has shutters, at busy times you may hear street sounds. It is a large room with Kingsize bed, large smart tv, tea and coffee facilities, chaise longue, clothes hanging area and shelves, full length mirror, large bathroom with walk in shower.

Room 2. (Grand)

Room 2 is our Garden room on the ground floor, a large quiet room at the rear of the property with it's own patio area. It has a large bathroom, wardrobe with full length mirror, large smart TV, writing desk with drawers and stool. The kingsize bed is against the wall and accessible from the left side or the end. If you would like a bed accessible from both sides please book one of the other rooms 1,3,4,6,9 (2xsingles) or 10(snug).

Room 3. (Classic)

Room 3 is on the first floor accessible by stairs. it has a sash window with a street view. At busy times you may hear street sounds. It is a lovely room with Kingsize bed, smart tv, tea and coffee facilities, wardrobe, full length mirror, compact bathroom with shower.

Room 4. (Classic)

Room 4 is on the first floor accessible by stairs. it has 2 sash windows with a street view. At busy times you may hear street sounds. It is a large room with Kingsize bed, smart tv, tea and coffee facilities, wardrobe, full length mirror, bathroom with shower.

Room 5. (Classic)

Room 5 is on the first floor accessible by stairs facing the rear of the property. It has a decent sized bathroom and wardrobe, and is a quirky shape. The kingsize bed is against the wall and accessible from the right side or the end. If you would like a bed accessible from both sides please book one of the other rooms 1,3,4,6,9 (2xsingles) or 10(snug).

Room 6. (Grand)

Room 6 is on the first floor accessible by stairs. It is a quiet room at the rear of the property. It is a large room with Kingsize bed, smart tv, tea and coffee facilities, large wardrobe, full length mirror, large bathroom with huge sink and walk in shower.

Room 7. (Snug)

The snug rooms are our most affordable and smallest, with a kingsize bed perfect for snuggling and watching movies, small bathrooms, and limited hanging space. Room 7 is on the first floor, accessible by stairs. The bed is surrounded on three sides by walls, accessible from the right side, with a 43-inch smart TV at the foot. For a larger room with a big bathroom and wardrobe, please book another room.

Room 8. (Snug)

Room 8 is on the second floor in the roof space, accessible by 2 flights of stairs. With quirky angles, the bed is against the wall, accessible from the left side or end. The snug rooms are our smallest and most affordable, with a kingsize bed, small bathroom, and limited hanging space—perfect for snuggling and watching movies. Room 8 includes a 43-inch smart TV, tea and coffee, full-length mirror, and shower. For more space, please book another room.

Room 9. (Classic)

Room 9 is on the second floor in the roof space accessible by 2 flights of stairs, it has two single beds. It has a compact bathroom with shower and clothes hanging space but no wardrobe. There is a smart TV, tea and coffee facilities, full length mirror. If you have kids you could book room 9 and room 10 next door which is a kingsize bed, these rooms are at the end of a corridor. Room 8 is the other room on this floor.

Room 10. (Snug)

Room 10 is on the second floor in the roof space, accessible by 2 flights of stairs. With quirky angles, the bed is accessible from both sides, though tight on the right. The snug rooms are our smallest and most affordable, with a kingsize bed, small bathroom, and limited hanging space—perfect for snuggling and watching movies.
