Is Direct Booking cheaper?

Yes.It is always cheaper to book direct.

Booking

Half the balance and security deposit is due upon the time of booking by bank transfer. The other half of the balance and security deposit is due two weeks before visit. The security deposit is £500 which is to cover damage to the property, this will be refunded as soon as housekeeping have been in after departure.

Cancellation

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hrs of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refundup to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Pets

Pets are allowed but on an individual basis. Please message to check. We add an extra £40 per trip for extra cleaning costs.

WiFi

We have installed the top BT business broadband package with the highest possible download speed and guaranteed wifi in every room including a 4G backup. Free to guests.

Parking

There is parking for 6 or 7 cars on the drive and free nearby parking.

E.V. Charging

We have installed two electric vehicle charging points for guests. They are usable via the “Tap Electric” App.

Check in times

Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am. We have cleaners booked in advance so can’t offer late checkout. It is sometimes possible to drop cars or bags early but please ask first.

BBQ

There is a gas BBQ for guests. It comes apart for cleaning and can go in the dishwasher. Please clean after use, there is a £25 charge if left dirty.

Mountain Biking / Surfing / Golf

There is a secure utility / drying room where you can store sports equipment.
